For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the world of movement. I danced from the age of 4, and when I realized the dance world was too competitive for me, I found my refuge in Pilates. I have practiced Pilates since I was 14 and have taught since I was 21.
I am certified by the international BASI Pilates school, founded by Rael Isacowitz, one of the leading figures in the international Pilates industry. Rael developed the Block System, which allows classes to be built in a correct and logical sequence and works all muscle groups in all planes of movement, so you finish every class with a holistic and harmonious experience.
The method stays true to the original method developed by Joseph Pilates, while adapting to the anatomical and physiological understanding that science has uncovered over the years and continues to develop to this day.
In my mat classes you will find flow, without breaks, like a dance. In my reformer classes you will find slower, more precise work. I warmly recommend that my students come to both mat and reformer classes. The mat is an essential base for working correctly with the body, which then translates into deeper and more interesting work on the equipment.
